Xbox 360 Slim Overheating Problems??
Images have been posted on NeoGaf forums today showing the new “Red Dot of Death”, caused by an overheating problem.
With Photoshop everywhere now-a-days these images might not be 100% real, but if its true and the new cooling system doesn’t work, it looks like Microsoft will have egg on their face.

This is 100% true it has happened to my slim after 3 days of purchasing brand new from gamestop

That’s fake because the new XBOX 360 hasn’t got red LED’s!!!!

On MS web page it tells you this will happen if you have poor ventelation. it will shut down until the system cools off. Once it has cooled of the unit will start back up. Look at the link Jason has. If any of the images looks like your room you that might be your problem. LOL. Besides playing games at 100 degrees is always a bad ideah for a computer let alone a console. This isn’t a heating issue. this is a not understanding technology issue. That is called a feature to keep your system from burning out. Way to blow things out of proportions there buddy?
